SCHOOL SURVEYS ARE DANGEROUSSubmit Your Opt-Out Form TODAY Every Child Every Grade!
It is imperative that we teach our children they should never, under any circumstances, participate in school surveys meant to glean personal and/or private information. Schools may not force children to participate in such activities, and if they do, that constitutes a civil rights violation.
Student surveys are EXTREMELY commonplace, so err on the side of caution by assuming that your school is taking part. Act today to opt your child out! Some questions to consider: - Why does the government want this data? What do they plan to do with it?
- Do you trust the government not to share the data with those who would manipulate or exploit your children for financial or political gain?
- How does the collection of this data help your child, and how do you know?
- What concrete evidence do you have that any of the claims made by those collecting the data are true?
- Would you be comfortable answering these survey questions if the state or your employer were asking? What if it were mandatory?
- Is the state willing to give you a copy of ALL data collected on your child, along with information about how it has been, is being, and will be used? If not, why not?
- Will the state comply if you or your children, as adults, want their childhood data PURGED from the state’s records?
If you do not now, at this moment, have satisfactory answers to these questions, you must protect your child by opting out of ALL school surveys, regardless of the school district’s stated purpose.
Data is worth more than gold right now, and our children’s data is the most valuable kind because it’s being used for research and marketing purposes by state and private actors – often working together.
The risk of compliance is far greater than any discomfort you may feel when submitting your opt-out form. The school district may balk at losing access to your child’s data, but we urge you to move forward boldly and without delay.

The PREP Act doesn’t provide blanket immunity; rather, it actually CREATES the cause of action needed to file a lawsuit in federal court.
Here are the steps:
1. File CICP claim WITHIN ONE YEAR of receiving the fatal/injury-causing “countermeasure” (i.e. 💉, ventilators, Remdesivir, etc.)
2. Decline any settlement offer the CICP makes; even if they don’t make an offer, you still need to go through the CICP process ENTIRELY
3. File suit for “willful misconduct” in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia

A bombshell piece of information was revealed at the September 14-15, 2021 virtual Zoom meeting of the federal government’s ICD-10 Coordination and Maintenance Committee (which includes representatives from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, known as CMS, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics). At the meeting, the Committee discussed new categories of “ICD-10” codes that the CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) wanted to create to mark people as “Unvaccinated for COVID-19,” “Partially Vaccinated for COVID-19” and “Other underimmunization status.”
