On January 28, 2025, the Orange  County Board of Supervisors will officially need to "re opt in" or "opt out" as a county from the Voter's Choice Act(VCA) The much higher than projected costs of this act and its failure to deliver more voter turn-out with less time to count ballots, has miserably failed. We are asking our elected government servants to do the fiscally responsible act of opting out of the VCA.
